(Covering Late July to September)

Sadly, Covid 19 still restricts what we can do in a worldly sense, but we are constantly reminded that NOTHING can stop the Gospel in a Heavenly sense. It brings to mind Revelation 3:8 (New Living Translation)

“I know all the things you do, and I have opened a door for you that no one can close. You have little strength, yet you obeyed my word and did not deny me”.

The branches are still making impacts in their local motorcycle community, which shows their desire to reach the lost.

I continue to join the Thames Valley Morning Prayer Meeting, where possible Monday to Friday, it has become an essential time for me to connect with a small group of passionate prayers bonded together by a common Heavenly purpose. This is linked to the wider prayer group via WhatsApp and Fast-track. We are seeing miraculous results on a weekly basis, but we also contend with some prayer requests that need persistent prayer.

In late July I met up with members from Towcester and East Midlands- a wet day socially distanced under a café huge parasol. It was good to ride whatever the weather.

I continued to connect with branches via Zoom, it is always good to see each other and bring an encouraging Word.

Sandy and I took annual leave in August, having worked throughout the lock down period we were tired and needed to rest, although our kind of rest consists of kayaking, walking, finishing laying oak floors in our home etc. Now we just need a rest J

20th August I had a meeting with the Bikers Church Leadership Team in Warrington, it was good to meet in person socially distanced and discuss the way forward.

6th September I had the privilege of preaching an evangelistic message at the 10th Anniversary of Bikers Church, it was live streamed on YouTube, we pray that lives will be saved in Jesus’ name.

I am attending the funeral of Mary (15yrs old), the granddaughter of Alan and Jan leaders of Norfolk Branch, the service will take place on Wednesday 9th Sept.

On the 18th September I am joining 30 members from four branches on a weekend’s Camping fellowship at Aberystwyth, in memory of Len, past Chairman of Bristol Branch.
