EMC Rally 2026: Finland

EMC 2026 is planned over the period Thursday 6th to Sunday 9th August 2026 at VALKEALA in the district of KOUVOLA in Finland. The venue is just 94 miles or 151 km from Helsinki.

Riding could be via Harwich to the Hook of Holland, then through the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and by ferry from Tallinn to Helsinki. Several ferry operators run this service, including Tallink, Viking Line and Eckerô.

The Channel Tunnel will take us via Calais, through France, then into Belgium, then Holland and so on, as above.

Another plan, allowing the ferry to take the bulk of the strain, would be to ride to Travemünde in the north of Germany and then take the ferry to Helsinki. The crossing is booked via finnlines.com, departs seven days a week and takes about 30 hours.
