The Devon and Cornwall Branch is quite small in number. At the time of planning the 2027 Fellowship Weekend and AGM, none of our church buildings has the facilities to accommodate a large gathering, so we have decided, purely for practical purposes, to facilitate the 2027 meeting at a neutral location on the Dartmoor National Park, not far from Moretonhampstead.

Accommodation

There is a variety of accommodation available to us:

• There are facilities for two motorhomes – but no electric hook-ups.
• Indoor accommodation in 2, 4 or 6 bunk rooms each room with its own en suite.
• Dedicated mobility impaired rooms.
• Dedicated ‘assistance-only’ rooms near the periphery of the building.
• A large camping field, with a kitchen and toilet only at hand. For showers, campers will need to arrange to use the shower of the a friendly indoor accommodation person – but that shouldn’t present any difficulties.
• A variety of accommodation in the nearby Air BnB called, ‘The Way’.
