12 July 2023

CMA (UK)’s National Rally 2024 is taking place again at the splendid venue of Quinta Christian Centre, Weston Rhyn near Oswestry, 4th - 7th July 2024.

The booking webform is now open.

We are returning to the Quinta Christian Conference Centre on the Welsh Border for this year’s rally. It is one of our two key national events and so we look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible. Anyone in membership is welcome, as are your families, and anyone who has shown interest in CMA’s ministry.

Key information:

• Everyone attending needs a rally ticket, so do book one via the webform even if you are staying off-site. • Bookings will close on Friday 21st June at 23:30, so please book as soon as you can; there is an early bird discount - if you complete and pay for your rally booking before 30th April the rally ticket price is only £25 per person. • Ensure you follow the instructions on the webform, including clicking on all the relevant ‘Calculate’ buttons. • If it is not possible for you to use this online form, your Branch Secretary will be provided with a version of the booking form that they can print, for you to complete and send to us at the address shown on the form.

Additional information:

Rally tickets – these remain at £35 per person (£25 until 30th April); under 16-year-olds are free but still need to be included via the rally booking form.

Accommodation – there are three booking options if you wish to stay on-site: • Camping field for tents, with toilet and shower trailers provided in the camping field. • A separate area for motorhomes and caravans, with hardstanding and 16-amp electric hook-ups. • Shared bunk rooms in the Archway and Annex accommodation blocks; note that duvet covers and pillow cases are included, but that these cannot be booked as single occupancy rooms.

If you are staying off-site, you can still book any on-site meals you may want in advance, via the booking form.

The rooms in Perry Lodge will be assigned by the rally committee based on individual needs.

Meals – All meals need to be booked in advance via the booking form. Gracious Catering will again be providing meals throughout the weekend, and the all-inclusive breakfast option and the weekend meals package are being repeated – details on the webform.

Holy Joe’s Café – this will be set up as self-service for hot drinks in a room adjacent to the restaurant – please bring your own thermal mug if you can. Note that our Merchandise team sell these - https://shop.bike.org.uk, and they will also be on-site during the rally.

Wi-Fi – there is Wi-Fi in the buildings on-site but not on the campground.

Servant hearts – the smooth running of our National Rally always depends on a ‘servants hearts’ attitude with everyone being willing to help out in whatever way they can. Please ensure you volunteer and sign up for a 2-hour slot on one of the rotas at the rally. Perhaps your branch/twig would like to volunteer in advance to take on a particular duty. If so, do let us know!
