CMA Gloucester January Church visit

We are pleased to have arranged a visit to Worcester Cathedral for their morning service on Sunday 26th January. The cathedral authorities have kindly given us permission for us to park our motorcycles on cathedral premises (details over). However, if you are travelling in a car then you will need to park in the nearest car park in Copenhagen Street, postcode WR1 2HB, where parking is £3.60 for 3 hours and £5.00 for 4 hours. This is a chance to be part of the congregation in this special place. We are not helping to lead the service. Please make every effort to come to this, our first church visit of 2020. It would be a lovely way to begin our CMA year. Do pray for dry, clear weather!

TIMES: LEAVING GLOUCESTER: MEET AT ALAN & LIZ’S AT 8.30am READY TO LEAVE PROMPTLY AT 9.00am WE AIM TO BE AT THE CATHEDRAL BY 10am,

IF YOU’RE MEETING US THERE SERVICE BEGINS AT 10.30 am PARKING: WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN PERMISSION TO PARK IN THE CATHEDRAL GROUNDS: THE AREA TO THE LEFT OF THE MAIN CATHEDRAL ENTRANCE (AS YOU LOOK AT IT FROM THE OUTSIDE!) IS DESIGNATED FOR US TO PARK IN. WE MUST PARK AS CLOSELY AND OUT OF THE WAY AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE THE AREA MAY WELL BE USED BY PEOPLE WITH LIMITED MOBILITY AS WELL. IF YOU ARE ON A SOLO PLEASE BRING A PUCK AS THE GROUND MAY BE UNEVEN IN THIS AREA.

LUNCH: THE CATHEDRAL CAFÉ IN THE CLOISTERS IS OPEN FOR LIGHT LUNCHES AND SNACKS. THEY ARE EXPECTING US!!!
